The Big “O” Cake

1 ½ cup HOT water
1 cup oatmeal
½ cup butter, melted
2 eggs
½ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
1 ½ cup flour

*Mix all ingredients together.
*Bake at 350 for 35 minutes

Cream Cheese Frosting

½ cup butter, softened
8 oz package cream cheese, softened (reduced fat if you must)
1 tsp vanilla
1 lb powdered sugar (or until desired thickness)
